Jucris Pujol's career in technology spans multiple countries and a wide range of industries, giving him a perspective that few in the MSP world can match. He began his career as a software developer for the health department in Havana, Cuba, where he first developed the analytical mindset that still shapes how he approaches technology today.

That foundation carried him to Venezuela, where he took on a role as a systems analyst for Ford Motor Company, gaining exposure to the scale and discipline required to support a major global enterprise. From there, he moved into managed services with a Florida based MSP, and later took on a consulting role for Subway, gaining firsthand experience supporting technology across a large, multi location brand.

Drawn back into the MSP world, Jucris took on the challenge of scaling a company's managed customer base from just 16 clients to more than 100, serving businesses across aerospace, medical, financial, and condo association industries along the way. Each of those environments came with its own compliance requirements, uptime expectations, and technical demands, giving him a deep, practical understanding of what different businesses actually need from their technology partner.

As founder and Director of Technical Services at IT Link Now, Jucris now channels that experience into building the technical backbone of the company, overseeing networking and infrastructure, cloud collaboration and productivity systems, business communications, and the day to day technology that keeps a company running smoothly. His philosophy is simple: technology should be dependable enough that clients rarely have to think about it.

That means designing systems that anticipate problems rather than react to them, and tailoring every solution to how a business actually operates rather than applying a one size fits all approach.At the core of his approach is a belief that an MSP should function as an extension of its clients' teams, not just an outside vendor.
