We spent most of our careers in IT, long before cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services became buzzwords.
Back when we worked at a local Canberra internet service provider, we helped grow it into the largest ISP in the region. Not because of flashy marketing or aggressive sales, but because we took care of customers properly.
When that company was eventually sold to a national provider, we saw what happens when customer care stops being the priority.
So we made a decision: We would build an IT company where customers always come first. That vision gave birth to AUIT.
